I can ship outside the US but International shipping rates vary tremendously, so if you are requesting this I am happy to send you the shipping costs via message as I do not post for every country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs, strikes, or loss of parcel. You are responsible for any customs charges on your parcel.
If within the US I ship Priority Mail which includes insurance ad tracking. I ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you are purchasing a custom order please allow at least one week of creation time for each piece to be designed and created just for you! During the holiday season allow up to two weeks!
My shipping prices include current shipping rates, handling charges, and materials.
RETURNS, DAMAGED, CUSTOM ORDERS
Please carefully read the detailed information on measurements and style of your piece before placing your order. This ensures that you are totally satisfied with your new wearable art!
I CANNOT accept returns on custom orders. These designs are made exclusively for you and I send detailed pictures through out the design process to ensure you are happy with the piece.
My designs are meant to make you feel gorgeous and empowered! Please know that when placing an order I spend many hours of careful design, creation, and finishing touches on your order, as it is custom made for you! I send very detailed pictures from every angle of your new piece to insure you are fully satisfied with the work. If your piece is damaged in shipping and you purchased the insurance, simply snap a detailed picture of the damage and I can determine whether to repair or replace your jewelry. I do not except broken jewelry that is due to mishandling or neglect.
If you purchased from inventory and are unhappy with your piece please return within 8 days of receiving. You must contact me immediately to ensure I am aware of the situation. If the piece is received undamaged you will be refunded your purchase price, minus shipping.
